If you have installed Webwasher, or a similar-type popup blocking program, you may experience problems with ordering items that come with a number of choices, such as sandwiches or pizzas. To circumvent these problems, you will need to enable your popup blocking program to view popups from the 411eat.com site. Please note that when you do this, the only popups that will show when you order items from a particular restaurant menu will be popups for items that you want to order. We promise you that no advertising will appear while you are ordering from a restaurant listed at 411eat.com.
To select a food item, click the 'plus sign' that is to the left of the food item you want. To select more than one of the same item, keep clicking the plus sign until you get the number of items you want.
If you accidently order too many of the same food item, keep clicking the 'minus sign' until the number of items ordered is reduced to the amount you want.
If you want to quickly change the amount of a particular food item you have ordered, simply enter the new number you want for that item in the text box located to the left of the item's title. Please note that these text boxes are located in the right frame and that they only show up once you have selected a particular item. Once you have changed the amount for a particular food item, please hit the 'Update' button located at the botton of the right frame and your order will automatically be updated.

Some food items such as pizzas, for example, are displayed in popup windows that appear once you hit the plus sign associated with that item. The reason for this site design feature is that when you have multiple choices as to how an item is prepared, it is easier to display these choices via a popup window than via a link to another page. So, to order an item that is displayed via a popup window, all you have to do is click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the popup window after you have made any desired changes to the item. Once you hit the 'Add' button, the item will then show up in the right frame.

The menu section titles set forth in the bottom-left frame of each menu are links that you can click to get to a particular part of a menu that you want to order from. For example, if the menu comes with an 'Appetizer' section, simply click the Appetizer title and the menu will shift to the Appetizer section. To get back to the top of the menu, simply hit the 'Arrow sign' next to the section title and you will be shifted back to the top of the menu. Of course, you can also move around the menu by using the scroll bar.
Once you have finished selecting all of the items you want, hit the 'Order' button in the right frame and a popup window will appear that allows you to enter all of the information that is needed in order to complete your order. If your order is a pickup order and you are paying with cash, then the only information you will need to enter into the popup window will be your name and phone number. On the other hand, if you are ordering from a restaurant that delivers and you are paying with your credit card, then you will be prompted to enter your delivery address and credit card information along with your name and phone number.

Once you have entered your order information, such as your name and phone number, you can save this information so that you don't have to re-enter it the next time you order. You do this by entering a Username and Password in the text boxes located at the botton of the popup ordering window. Once you have picked a Username and Password and confirmed your Password, click the Order button at the bottom of the popup window and all of your current ordering information will be saved. In this regard, please note that if you pay with a Credit Card, for security purposes your Credit Card Number and Credit Card Expiration Date will be deleted from our systems once a short period of time has passed after your order has been completed.
If you want to order particular items ahead of time and they are currently being served, let the restaurant know when you want the items to be ready in the 'Comments' textbox located at the bottom of the popup order window. On the other hand, if the items you want to order are not currently being served, you can find them in the link(s) set forth in the right frame. For example, if the menu you are ordering from has separate Lunch and Dinner menus and Lunch is currently being served, you would simply click the Dinner link in the right frame in order to view the 'Dinner' menu. You would then be able to order 'Dinner' items in advance for the time period when they are being served.
